time: expect a 75 minute experience on the water with us, giving enough time to get settled on the boards + enjoy our 60 minute practice.
boards: we provide the paddle boards for this practice, and our boards are specifically designed for a yoga practice and have a grippy base.
weather: in the event of high winds, we will not run our sup yoga classes (trust us when we say, too much wind takes the fun out of it!). however, as our boards are inflatable and can be moved all over the island, we will do our best to ensure your class happens in a location that is beautiful and protected from wind.
private paddle board lessons: please inquire about pricing + availability!
