our itinerary






arrive in the hudson valley! you'll be picked up from jfk and taken up into the catskill mountains to our beautiful weekend home on the hudson river.

that evening we'll move through a gentle practice + meditation, followed by our welcome circle to get grounded in our space. dinner will be at home with delicious food made by our local chef for the week. spend the evening around a bonfire settling in and connecting with one another. 

we start our day with yoga at 7.30am, followed by meditation, journaling + discussion. breakfast will be made for us each day at home, and we'll have the opportunity to eat together + discuss our plan for the day.

what better way to get acclimated to our upstate oasis than a hike through the fall foliage -- we'll alongside the agawamuck creek to an overlook of columbia county’s highest waterfall. the rest of the day is yours to explore hudson or relax by the river. we'll finish the evening with a meditation + dinner together.

morning yoga practice, followed by breakfast together. after getting fuelled for the day there's an optional excursion to a local farm for apple picking + shopping at the farmers market.

again, the afternoon is yours to relax before we reconvene for a short practice and meditation. tonight we head to a special dinner out in hudson at feast + floret.

sleep in -- this morning's yoga + meditation practice isn't until 9. after a later morning the entire day is yours. walk the van winkle bridge, hike, visit a local brewery, or simply relax at our lodge with a book and watch the hudson river flow by.

our last evening together will involve a restorative practice + meditation, followed by a home cooked meal and group hang by the bonfire.

our last practice together, followed by our farewell circle + breakfast. we check out of the lodge at 11am and either head to nyc (transportation will be provided to jfk or manhattan) or journey onward to another part of the catskills.
