an intermediate 45 minute vinyasa practice that follows inspiration from the chakras, followed by a 15 minute yoga nidra meditation.

cancellation policy

to cancel your booking, please do so 12 hrs prior to the start of class time to receive a credit for your class. a no shows for group classes will result in a lost class.
