sansara
sansara is located at the southernmost point of panama in the azuero peninsula.cambutal is a small village in the province of lost santos, about five hours away from panama city. our yoga shala is a beautifully designed thatched roof rancho facing the pacific ocean, and the on site buddha bar restaurant will have us fuelled each day with a true farm to table experience able to accommodate all dietary needs.
enjoy the pure bliss of one of thirteen private ocean accessible cabanas. designed to inspire serenity, the zen-like atmosphere encompasses nature and tranquility throughout the grounds. each room is unique, with air-conditioning, lush bath products, soft linens, and a private patio and is steps away from the pacific ocean.

it is expected that all participants take part in each asana, pranayama + meditation practice (sometimes twice daily). morning and evening meals are shared with our community, so that we may be present for one another both on and off of the mat.

emily is the founder of salt yoga bermuda and has been leading international retreats since 2022. she is passionate about the roots and teachings of yoga, loves travel, and thrives on building relationships + rituals together. she will be your guide both on the mat as we dive deeper into the inner workings of our heart, and off the mat as we explore the beauty that is panama together.
