a long weekend getaway to recharge yourself with in the forests of cornwall. together we'll practice with intention, nourish with lovingly made meals, and relax surrounded by the temperate rainforest that surrounds us.

our home

cabilla cornwall brings together the beauty of rare and ancient nature, with a touch of quiet luxury. the barns house our bright and airy studio space, large kitchen + dining area, and our communal bathrooms with underfloor heating and monsoon showers. find cozy nooks to relax in like the nature library and the sitting room, an outdoor seating area + firepit, and even a bar to enjoy mocktails + teas.

each bedroom is a "koyt" or stand alone cabin that can be set up for one or two people with luxury linens + blankets, a bespoke log burner and firewood, and huge triangular windows that bring nature right to your doorstep.

our practices

our practices each morning and evening in this beautiful space will seek to nourish your soul, rejuvenate your body, and reset your central nervous system. each morning expect a 60 - 75 minute vinyasa practice followed by pranayama + meditation. each evening we will rest + restore with a slow flow, yin, or yoga nidra practice, and will be joined by a sound healer one evening for a memorable experience together.

our founder + lead yoga instructor, emily, will lead you through our weekend in the mountains. emily is passionate about the teachings of yoga, loves travel and thrives on building relationships + rituals together.
