payment information

the remaining balance for your trip is due on friday, june 19th. we will be invoicing you on may 19th, and you will have 30 days to complete the payment. instalment plans are only available with adequate time before the payment deadline. if you are interested in this, please email info@salt-yoga.bm

flight + transportation

information

our trip date is september 18 - 22. 2026. please plan to arrive at our retreat location on september 18th after 4.00pm.

if you plan to fly to cornwall, please look at flights to newquay airport (NQY). if coming from bermuda, you may find the best option is to take a train from paddington station to bodmin parkway, as timing and transfers to get to cornwall are the most direct this way. 

transportation to our retreat location will be provided to you from newquay airport and bodmin parkway train station only. once you have booked flights and arrival times, please forward them to info@salt-yoga.bm

insurance

in order to attend any trip, trip participants must purchase travel health insurance. your plan must include the following:

 

  • overseas medical insurance must cover: 

    • hospitalization

    • out-patient treatment for medical emergencies

    • prescribed medicines, X-rays, and laboratory tests

    • being brought home, if medically necessary

  • medical evacuation + repatriation must cover:

    • air ambulance or medevac flights

    • sea level aircraft

    • helicopter

    • ground ambulance 

 

trip participants are required to submit proof of insurance a minimum of 1 week prior to the scheduled trip start date. salt yoga reserves the rights to forfeit guest reservations if proof of insurance is not provided.

 

we also highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment.

accommodations

cabilla cornwall brings together the beauty of rare and ancient nature, with a touch of quiet luxury. the barns house our bright and airy studio space, large kitchen + dining area, and our communal bathrooms with underfloor heating and monsoon showers. find cozy nooks to relax in like the nature library and the sitting room, an outdoor seating area + firepit, and even a bar to enjoy mocktails + teas.

each bedroom is a "koyt" or stand alone cabin that can be set up for one or two people with luxury linens + blankets, a bespoke log burner and firewood, and huge triangular windows that bring nature right to your doorstep.
