arrive in mallorca! you'll make your way from the palma airport (PMI) to our villa just outside the city, where you'll have the afternoon // evening to unpack + unwind.

we'll move through a gentle practice + meditation, followed by our welcome circle to get grounded in our space and ready for the week ahead. dinner will be at our villa with delicious food made by our local chef for the week. spend the evening settling in and connecting with one another.
we start our day with yoga at 7am, followed by meditation, journaling + discussion. breakfast will be made for us everyday at home, and we'll have the opportunity to eat together + discuss our plan for the day.

what better way to see our surrounding area then from above!? we'll take a gentle hike up to the santuari de cura viewpoint where we'll enjoy a meditation followed by lunch with gorgeous views. dinner this evening will be at a local restaurant in palma.
morning yoga practice, followed by breakfast together. after getting fuelled for the day we'll head into palma to tour the catedral-basílica de santa maría and wander through the streets and markets.

after lunch on your own, we'll spend the afternoon at a beach club lounging in the sun. dinner this evening will be at the beach club together.
a morning vinyasa practice followed by journaling + discussion from 7-9 (you're starting to get the routine!) followed by breakfast.

we spend the rest of the day on the water, seeing the southwest coast of mallorca from our own sailboat. dinner and a relaxing evening will be shared together back at our villa.
yoga + breakfast are followed by an entire morning + afternoon to yourself. rent bicycles, go to the beach, shop, schedule a photoshoot with our photographer or your private session with emily, or simply hang by our pool and relax!
there will be an optional restorative practice and meditation offered in the late afternoon. we'll reconvene for dinner together at a local restaurant in palma.
after yoga, meditation, journaling + breakfast, you'll have the morning to relax before we head to a local boutique winery. we'll taste nine local wines and eat a classic three course mallorcan meal in the warm spanish sun.
back at home we'll relax and enjoy dinner together at our villa from our local chef.
our final morning practice together and closing ceremony -- this will certainly be something special! after breakfast together in palma, our last morning // afternoon is entirely yours to spend how and wherever you wish, and we'll meet up again for one final dinner together at our place.
we will share one last meditation together, followed by breakfast and departure by 11am.
