join emily r for an introduction to the 26+2 hot yoga series - a deeply grounding practice that builds balance, focus and discipline.
suitable for all levels of experience, this workshop will provide a detailed breakdown of the 26+2 series, a history of it's origin, and a 60 minute express practice of the full 26+2 method. please note that the temperature of the room will be 110 degrees fahrenheit // 43 degrees celsius - arrive well hydrated, avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours beforehand and bring a towel large enough to cover your mat. expect to sweat!
