payment information

the remaining balance for your trip is due on monday, august 17th. we will be invoicing you on july 17th, and you will have one month to complete the payment. instalment plans are only available with adequate time before the payment deadline. if you are interested in this, please email info@salt-yoga.bm

flight + transportation

information

our trip date is november 14 - 21 2026. included in your retreat fee is a hotel stay in a shared room (two beds per room) at the central hotel on saturday, november 14th, and transportation to sansara will be provided for you from this hotel only on the morning of november 15th. our transportation leaves the american trade hotel at 8.30am november 15th, so if you stay somewhere else but wish to partake in the transportation to sansara (included + recommended) kindly note you will need to get yourself there.

please look into flights in and out of tocumen international airport, panama (PTY).

arrival : you can arrive anytime on saturday, november 14th, and make your way to our designated hotel.

departure : on november 21, transportation will be provided for you back to the american trade hotel in panama city. kindly note that a hotel stay is not included on this evening, and if you are flying out this day we recommend a flight no earlier than 6.00pm.

insurance

in order to attend any trip, trip participants must purchase travel health insurance. your plan must include the following:

• overseas medical insurance must cover: 

  • hospitalization

  • out-patient treatment for medical emergencies

  • prescribed medicines, X-rays, and laboratory tests

  • being brought home, if medically necessary

• medical evacuation + repatriation must cover:

  • air ambulance or medevac flights

  • sea level aircraft

  • helicopter

  • ground ambulance 

trip participants are required to submit proof of insurance a minimum of 1 week prior to the scheduled trip start date. salt yoga reserves the rights to forfeit guest reservations if proof of insurance is not provided. once complete, please email proof to info@salt-yoga.bm .

we also highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment. your deposit is non-refundable, and we are strict with this policy.

accommodations

sansara is located at the southernmost point of panama in the azuero peninsula.cambutal is a small village in the province of lost santos, about five hours away from panama city. our yoga shala is a beautifully designed thatched roof rancho facing the pacific ocean, and the on site buddha bar restaurant will have us fuelled each day with a true farm to table experience able to accommodate all dietary needs.
