payment information
the remaining balance for your trip is due on friday, february 28th. we will be invoicing you on january 28th, and you will have 30 days to complete the final payment. instalment plans are only available with adequate time before the payment deadline. if you are interested in this, please email info@salt-yoga.bm
flight information
our trip date is may 30 - june 6. please look at flying into lisbon, as transportation to our home will be provided from this airport only, and only on the day the retreat begins and ends. if you plan to arrive earlier or stay later, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the villa, but please reach out if we can assist you with this!
plan to arrive to our villa around 4pm the day our retreat begins. if you are leaving the country as soon as the retreat ends, book your flight for any time on friday, june 6th. if you have the luxury of extending your trip over the weekend, we highly recommend exploring the city of lisbon more.​

as soon as you book your flights, please email us your flight confirmation so we know when to expect you in portugal!
insurance
in order to attend any trip, trip participants must purchase travel health insurance. your plan must include the following:

overseas medical insurance must cover:

out-patient treatment for medical emergencies

prescribed medicines, X-rays, and laboratory tests

being brought home, if medically necessary

medical evacuation + repatriation must cover:

air ambulance or medevac flights

trip participants are required to submit proof of insurance a minimum of 1 week prior to the scheduled trip start date. salt yoga reserves the rights to forfeit guest reservations if proof of insurance is not provided.
we also highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment.

accommodations
casas na ferraria is a unique place, surrounded by native forests that will make you forget that you are just kilometres away from the city. everything is designed to unwind from the toxicities of our urban living and to reset into a more balanced lifestyle. we will be staying in mannaz and kenaz houses which boast two living spaces, swimming pool + jacuzzi, an infra red sauna, fully equipped kitchens, and large terrasses for relaxation.
this property is equipped with two yoga spaces, all mats and props will be provided.

a reminder that timings are subject to change based on our itinerary
packing list
do you think you can pack for a week in a carry on? i bet you can! bringing a carry on makes getting in and out of the airport easier, makes unpacking + repacking easier, and removes the worry about lost luggage! let's see how creative you can be simple outfits you can mix + match throughout the week. worried about shopping and not having enough room? maybe pack a duffel for more space the way home! (this isn't a requirement, just suggestion)
the dress code in portugal is euro casual -- shorts, skirts, tees + tanks for the daytime, and think casual dressy for dinners. consider a light layer for our morning practices and evenings, as well as boat afternoon, as early summer in europe can still be a little cooler.
