payment information

the remaining balance for your trip is due on friday, january 12th. we will be invoicing you on december 12th, and you will have 30 days to complete the payment. instalment plans are only available with adequate time before the payment deadline. if you are interested in this, please email info@salt-yoga.bm

flight information

our trip date is march 23 - 30. please make sure you arrive in nosara by at least 5pm on saturday, march 23rd. if you are leaving the country as soon as the retreat ends, book your flight for any time on saturday, march 30th.

search for flights arriving in liberia, airport code LIR. transportation will be arranged for you both to and from this airport only. if you are traveling by train // boat or intend to arrive in costa rica prior to the trip date, you can either meet at the airport or arrange your own transportation to our villa.

as soon as you book your flights, please email us your flight confirmation so we know when to expect you in nosara!

insurance

in order to attend any trip, trip participants must purchase travel health insurance. your plan must include the following:

overseas medical insurance must cover:
- hospitalization
- out-patient treatment for medical emergencies
- prescribed medicines, X-rays, and laboratory tests
- being brought home, if medically necessary
medical evacuation + repatriation must cover:
- air ambulance or medevac flights
- sea level aircraft
- helicopter
- ground ambulance

trip participants are required to submit proof of insurance a minimum of 1 week prior to the scheduled trip start date. salt yoga reserves the rights to forfeit guest reservations if proof of insurance is not provided.

we also highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment.

accommodations

our costa rican oasis...we'll enjoy complete privacy and serenity at casa verano eterno which is just steps from the beautiful sand and surf of playa guiones. located in the guiones beach club, we have a private pathway to the beach (about a 5 minute walk). there are two main buildings on the property: the main house and the rancho. each bedroom has beds with luxury mattresses, remote operated A/Cs, ceiling fans, as well as a digital safes. the pool, which is situated between the two buildings, ranges in depth from 3.5 feet to 7 feet deep and also has seating built into the walls so you can cool down without being immersed, and an endless pool feature for any swimmers. on top of the rancho is our beautiful yoga shala, a wide open space that catches the gentle ocean breezes, but also has magnificent views of the mountains.
